Banana Bread VI
I used sucanat instead of sugar and it came out delicious. This loaf is dense, moist, and sweet. The bananas I used weren't even overripe, so don't worry about that. Thanks!

Kickin' Collard Greens
I skipped the olive oil but followed the recipe otherwise. These were great! I like to cook them just until they are very bright green, but not bitter. Delicious!
