I'm in the middle of baking these right now. But I just wanted to note that I am following this recipe with minor changes. First I let my dough rise in a cool oven with a pan of hot water in the bottom, and also let it bake with the pan of hot water as well. As for the recipe, it was super easy, I didn't knead it very much and left the dough sticky. I let my kitchenaid do the work. It rose to double it's size within 40 minutes and then I buttered my pans and my hands extremely well and shaped the dough. ...now I am going to finish this in 11 minutes when the rolls are done. but so far I am a fan of this easy recipe!! :o) .... Umm... Yumm. Very light and fluffy. they are a tad sweet, but i bet they would be scrumptious with butter.
