Spicy Grilled Shrimp
OK so the issue with this recipe is that it takes a lot longer then three minutes per side. My husband cooked these on low on the BBQ, and although they were divine, it took a good 15 minutes and a lot of basting, which he loved doing, overall it was a good experience and a good appetizer, but the time was to far off to give it a 5***** :)

Modenese Pork Chops
Butter lovers only..... But we enjoyed this recipe for pork chops very much, especially since we are used to the traditional fried pork chop. A diffrent approach. :)

Arti-Cheesy Chicken
Wow, this was really good, its not very often that I find a recipe that my husband enjoys as much as I do. I love cooking, and although this took quite a bit of time to prepare it was well worth the wait, while it was simmering I added 1.5 Tablespoons of italian seasoning, and some pepper. The recipe didn't say how to cook your chicken or whether or not to cut it up. I boiled my raw chicken breasts for 20 minutes and cut them into bite size pieces before adding into the recipe, anyways this was great and anyone thinking about trying.... SHOULD. :)
