Brunch Omelet Torte
Excellent breakfast/brunch dish. Easy to assemble and make. I made a few adjustments: Instead of onion and potato, I used steamed asparagus that I cooked in the microwave in a dish with a wet paper towel over it. Roll the pastry dough out to the size of your dish. I rolled it out according to the directions and it was awkward trying to fit it over a round dish. I actually cooked this in a round cake pan and it turned out great!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This was excellent and well recieved. I gave it 4 stars because I made a sample with preserves and thought it overwhelmed the overall taste of the dish. I used 1/2 the sugar and used all lt. brown sugar. I also left out the kiwi. People loved it! The chips are great and can be baked at a higher temp for a shorter amount of time. I also used Splenda sugar substitute and cinnamon sugar for a low cal alternative - Awesome! Couldn't tell the difference. By the way I used butter on the chips and Spray Pam. The Pam chips turned out much lighter tasting - which was preferrable for me! Enjoy it - it's great at parties. The suggested serving is right on. I made a double batch for 13 people and it was way to much.

Focaccia Bread
Great combination of spices for good flavor. Finished product seemed a bit chewy but I will definitely try again.
