Awesome recipe. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I used a little less oil, as some suggested. (I used Enova). I also used Japanese Udon noodles and they were wonderful! They're like really thick spaghetti. Yummmmmm!!! We ate it hot the first night and then cold the next day as leftovers. Both were so good. It's a taste you'll crave!

I received a similar recipe from a friend of mine. The only difference is that she mixes salsa with the chili and sprinkles the top with jalapeno peppers. It's sooooooo good!!! We have a name for it, but I don't think it's appropriate to say what it is on this forum. ;) Try it, you'll love it!

I NEVER write reviews, but I always get recipies off of this site. This cake was SO GOOD that I had to write back in!!! I took someone's advice and added green food coloring to the glaze. It was perfect for St. Patty's Day!! I tested it out on my family this weekend, and I'm definitely going to make it again next weekend for a St. Patty's Day party!!!!! My house smells so wonderful too!
