Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
We loved the soup - I added chili powder, drained and rinsed the black beans and did not drain the diced tomatoes - also instead of 2 cans of broth, I used 1 can and 1 can cream of chicken soup. IT was delicious

I thought this was pretty good - But hubby thought it was okay. I skipped the salt, pepper, amd parmeasean (sp) becuase I did not have any. Instead I used shredded mozzerella cheese after it browned - I really liked it :)

Jucy Lucy Burgers

You can use any kind of cheese - I do this in a ramkin bowl the size you need, according to the size buns you have. Then put the ground beef (half ) cheese in center and put rest of ground beef on top. Seal it very good on all sides so cheese does not ooze out. Then I pat it out of ramkin and prepare the next . Cook slowly and DO NOT press down - Just flip. I use extra cheese as we love it but do not use too much. P.S on Toasted buns and with homemade baked fries,These are Yummy !!!

Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2010
I added worchestershire sauce and diced vadalia onion (no minced onions) to the beef mix - put half of the (lean) beef mixture in a meatloaf pan then put thick slices of cheese on - then topped with rest of beef mixture and tucked it in. About 10 minutes before it was done I mixed brown sugar, ketchup and mustard together and topped it. YUMMY !!!!

Broccoli Chicken Delight

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
This was really good but it was soupy. I did pre steam the brocolli to soften it and also used cooked chicken. I made it with Rice a Roni (Chicken/Broccoli flavored) on the side. I also omit the cracker topping. If I make this again I am going to just add the Rice a Roni to the mix and add the seasoning packet. Then the rice can absorb some of the extra liquid and give it some extra flavor. I mixed the rice in with the extras and my husband took it for lunch today and said it was really good. UPDATE - I made it again using the rice and it was still soupy - I Think it calls for to much mayo.

When browning ground beef add a cut up onion and spices to your taste for more flavor. Use fresh or frozen vegetables. Only use 1 can of cream (mushroom) soup - 2 cans made it too soupy. Add cheese to top when baking. This recipe was Okay - Thanks for posting
