Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs
These were easy to make, held together well, nice moist texture, but very bland tasting. Needs more garlic and spice for kick.

Sweet 'n' Hot Glazed Salmon
Thumbs Up, tastebud tantelizing an simple!! Used apricot preserves/apple jelly, omitted dried apricots, nectar and honey. Also added a few shakes of red pepper flakes. Fresh garlic and fresh ginger essential. Baked 375 for 15-20 min., then broiled 3 min. for more browning. Moist and so flavorful!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
Best new recipe I've tried . A real keeper! I microwaved the cubed potatoes, then mashed and whipped the potato layer. Turned out so light and fluffy, and held a warm temperature all the way through our meal. A very attractive presentation. Sweet enough to serve as a dessert as well as a side dish. Like others, I will try decreasing the sugar next time.
