Mexican Baked Fish
For ease and yumminess, I give it a 5. It doesn't seem to matter what white fish you use and I have even used frozen fish. All I did was extend the cooking time. Thanks for the great recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Liked this one and so did my baby girl! I was concerned that it was too liquidy until I added the biscuits in small pieces. I had nothing to worry about. Thanks, Janiece!

Chicken Marsala
I thought it was just okay...The coating was tasty, but the chicken would have been better if it would have been sauteed until it was cooked rather than simmered. The simmering made the coating doughy, in a way I didn't like.
