Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
OK kind of frosting. Will be better as a fruit dip. Was dissapointed.

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations
I made this cake twice in a week. The first time was the basic yellow cake. Followed the recipe exactly....it was good but not great. Thought a little more sugar would have been good. Second time tried the chocolate version with a few changes...added 2 cups of white sugar & replaced the milk with buttermilk & sifted the flour, sugar, baking powder & cocoa together twice. Loved the chocolate cake a whole lot more!! Next time will follow these changes for the yellow cake too. All in all a good recipe....way better than the boxed one! Thanks for sharing.

Banana Pancakes I
Loved the mmmmm... banana flavor in these pancakes!! Well the changes I made (because I wanted to use up the ingredients that I already have) were: used 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix instead of All Purpose Flour 1/4 cup Egg beaters in place of eggs (being cholestrol savvy!) 1 Banana instead of 2...mashed it up really really well. And like some reviewer suggested I sifted the flour...the pancakes were truly wonderful...not at all gooey or anything in the middle....will definitely be making these again! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!!
