Pumpkin Muffins II
This is a great recipie. I changed a few things though. I like organic foods..so I used natural cane sugar. If you like heavier muffins use "whole spelt flour". It's so healthy...I use it for pumpkin bread too. I didn't want to bother with all the different spices...so I just stuck with cinnamon and pumpkin spice. Home made apple sauce is the way to go instead of oil, and that's about it. This recipie was so easy to work with. Thanks
