Mushroom Onion Matzo Kugel
This is very delicious. It needs a lot of salt and pepper. Taste it before you bake it. I added two beaten eggs as someone had suggested. I think it is needed to hold it together. Made it in an 8 x 8 pan and baked it for 40 minutes.

Passover Chocolate Mandelbrot
This is fabulous as it is, but I buy three disposable aluminum pans, approximately 5 x 12 by 1 inch high. It makes three perfectly uniform loaves in 1/2 hour. I then slice them and return them to the oven at 250 for 1/2 hour as someone else had suggested. Couldn't be more perfect! They are gone in a flash.

Maria's Broccoli Rabe
This was excellent. Never ate broccoli rabe before and my husband and I gobbled up the whole pound! I used much less oil (2 Tbs) and two cloves of minced garlic. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for introducing me to a new vegetable.
