Heavenly Angel Food Cake

yummy! I even used whole wheat flour because it was all I had and it turned out great. I also just used breakfree egg whites instead of wasting whole eggs.

Oatmeal Date Bars

Yummy! I didn't change a thing. My kids loved these as well, which I am happy about. Otherwise they would never eat dates. I will try making them without the added sugar to the dates and see how they turn out.

These are a very good, simple, and tastey traditional cookie. I used all butter instead of shortning and butter. I also halfed the recipe and it still made a lot of cookies.

Irresistible Double Chocolate Muffins

these are so yummy!!! No one would beleive me if I said there was no oil or butter and they were packed full of healthy stuff like flax seed and wheat germ. This is for sure a keeper!

Maple Whole Wheat Bread

This bread is so soft and moist. The maple flavour is not there but it does add a touch of sweetness without using refind sugar. I used all 100% organic flour, this recipe does not need white flour to make it light. I mixed the dough in my bread machine and then placed the mixed dough in my bread pan to rise again for about 40 minutes. It baked up light anf fluffy, so yummy right out of the oven. This is our favorite bread now.

Easy Iced Coffee

Coconut-Avocado Ice Cream

Yummy! even my kids loved it. I used an entire can of coconut milk and only about 1/2 a cup of milk. If you used all coconut milk this would make a seriously sweet and yummy vegan treat. Great for mexican night dinners!

yummy! very easy to make. I used 2Tbsp of honey instead of sugar, and 100% whole wheat instead of white flour. If you use Honey add a bit more flour
