The Best Banana Bread
I made this using 2 large leftover bananas I had. Since I didn't feel it was enough I added my daughters gerber freeze dried bananas and a container of applesauce for some extra flavor! I also added some vanilla, nutmeg, and cinammon. I also used self rising flour since I didn't have enough of the regular on hand....turned out very moist and yummy! I did have to put foil on the outer portion of the top crust to prevent over browning but all in all an easy and delicious recipe! I also used butter and 1/2 and 1/2 brown/white sugar. Thanks!

Royal Icing I
Used for the "glue" while making an easter edible treat! Worked fantastic...I didn't have lemon extract so I used orange...yummy!!! Easy to work with and hardens nicely! Great recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This recipe was very good and easy. I did doctor it up a bit to add a touch more flavor by substituting a can of cream of celery soup for one of the cans of cream of chicken. I also added a half cup of sour cream and used baby carrots with celery and onion. I added 2 cans of water from the soup can and then added 2 chicken bouillon cubes. I only needed one can of biscuits. I did find that it was a bit watery so I added some cornstarch to thicken. Was very flavorful and delicious! Will go into the "will make again" collection!
