I made this exactly like the recipe EXCEPT I added another can of cream style corn. It was absolutely delicious. My family enjoyed it for Christmas lunch and the casserole was clean, no leftovers at all, which is fairly unusual. My granddaughter made this in January for a party and everyone loved it. This is terrific! My son brought me fresh lemons from a tree where he lives and they were juicy! I had plenty of fresh juice and this turned out great

This was a wonderful dish. Everyone loved it, even my grandchildren! So easy and some thought it tasted like the corn cake at Mexican restaurants. I made this for Christmas dinner and it was a hit!
