Im happily married with three grown children and 2 wonderful grandsons. I work with the elderly in an Assisted Living Home. I enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, and cooking.

My cooking tragedies
I was 15 years old and wanted to surpise my Mother by baking bread but when I put it in the oven and baked it it fell and I baked a clump of dough!!!

Super Easy Doughnuts
The doughnuts had a good taste and they were very light and fluffy. I was not happy with working with the dough as it was very soft and hard to roll. I will try the drop method next time. I also rolled in sugar instead of powdered sugar.

Caramel Apple Cake
I found the recipe to be very easy and MMMMM Good... I also took the advice of another reviewer and used milk instead of water and added egg and vanilla. And I used walnuts instead of peacans. This was very good. Thank you Glenda
