Easy and tasty! I tried using plain yogurt (drained) and Greek yogurt. Both turned out great - but much easier with Greek yogurt. Added cucumber. I used a mandoline to slice the cucumber, sprinkled a little salt, let it drain, then added to the rest. I'd let it sit at least 20 minutes before serving.
