Wow! These are awesome! I just made these meatballs and so far have eaten 2, just to "test" them :).They're super moist and have such a nice flavor, nothing to strong but not at all bland.
The only things I did differently were to use bread crumbs instead of croutons, omit the red pepper flakes (I had none), and bake them at 350 for 20 minutes, then broiled for 5 minutes. I can't wait to serve them for dinner!
