Amish Breakfast Casserole
I made this for a brunch yesterday and followed almost exactly as written with the exception of adding an extra egg (lost count) and using more cheddar cheese instead of swiss (I had none). It was FABULOUS! I may have cooked it a bit longer, I took it out when the edges were starting to brown a bit, and it was perfectly cooked. Definitely a hit with out friends!
