Easy Granola Bars
I made these with 2 cups rice cereal, 1 cup mini chocolate chips, and 1 cup with a combination of slivered almonds, heath toffee bits, and mini m&m's (cleaning out pantry). This wasn't the healthiest version, but they were yummy! I used a large jelly roll pan and sliced them with a pizza cutter when they came out. The rice cereal gave them a nice crunch. I look forward to making again with wheat germ and flax seed for a healthier version. Can't go wrong with these!
