Mom's Chicken Cacciatore
I liked this quite a bit, but my family didn't care for it as much. I thought it was a very good representation of cacciatore and would not hesitate to serve to people who were fans of the dish.

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce
Wasn't sure how these would go over because pork chops and raspberries? Hm. But I thought my kids would like it so I gave it a try. To my great surprise both hubby and I enjoyed this quite a bit as well. When I told him what we were eating he thought it sounded odd, and was surprised to find that it went quite well together. I will try this with Chicken as well, which to me feels like a more natural pairing.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Made it as suggested exactly but left out the cayenne as I have young kids. Tasted absolutely amazing and gave us a lovely juicy chicken. I did not bake as instructed because I did not have time, just 350 for 1 hr 15 minutes and it was perfect for us. This will be my go to recipe.
