White Bean and Artichoke Salad

College Student's Saucy Chickpeas

The only good thing about this was how easy it was to make. The portions seem off -- WAY too much curry powder. All in all, it was a little bland.

I made this just as written, except that I used cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom soup. Thanks for the great recipe! This made a lot more than I thought it would.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

I made this as-written. It was all right, but would have been better with the red peppers halved and something else added in. It just had an odd texture with so many red peppers and nothing else in it . . .
