Taco Pie
This is a good basic recipe, but it definitely needs other ingredients added to it (tomatoes, olives, etc.). Also, there was too much crust and not enough filler. Thank you for the base recipe, though. I will definitely make this again, just with my own adjustments.

Santa Fe Soup
I thought this tasted great but had a poor visual appearance. I left out the corn and used black beans instead of ranch.
