Tofu Turkey II

Pretty good! The tofu was bland, but I loved the technique. It looked beautiful at the table and it was a lot of fun pretending we were carving a bird.

This is great! I make it all the time!! Very, very good! I've made it with greuer and jack cheeses (separately) and it's great with any type of cheese! This is super easy to make. I've been making it as a little snack for my boyfriend to have when he gets home from work while I finish dinner. :)

Warm and Spicy Autumn Punch

This is very good but very acidic. I used freshly grated nutmeg to avoid the build up of ground up nutmeg that others mentioned and it worked out great.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Amazing! Unbelievable good! Terrible for you, I'm sure, with all the butter (and I added cream) but so, so good! I've made this several times. It works well as a side dish and as the main dish.

Best Tuna Casserole

Yummy :) I made changes, like everyone else. I did not use cheese, but I added a can of milk and lots of salt and pepper. I topped the casserole with crushed Cheese Nips instead of chips which was delicious!

Tuscan Cream Cheese Spread

Excellent! Very yummy... next time I will try it with basil instead of parsley. I tried to save a little $ so I bought dried tomatoes from the bulk bin and rehydrated them in hot water, but I don't recommend it. They tasted a little sour and a little soggy. Next time I'm going to try fresh tomatoes. Still very delicious - I served it with toasted sesame water crackers. :)

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This recipe is pretty good, but not deserving of 5 stars. I tried it with lime juice instead of lemon and it was a nice twist. I do recommend it and I would make it again if I happen to have all of the ingredients on hand. I would not make a special trip the store for this one!

Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce

This is wonderful! So delicious, easy to make and it looks beautiful when it's done. I used halibut instead of the sea bass. The mango sauce is so good, you don't want to miss out on it, it's creamy but not too sweet. Yummmmm I will make this again & again.

Baked Salmon II

This is excellent! My boyfriend and I both really liked this. I made it for our Easter dinner and it worked really well, time wise, with the side dishes. It was nice to let it sit in the fridge marinating while I prepped the side dishes.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Wow, this is excellent! The sauce is great, I added equal parts soy sauce & balsamic vinegar. Yummy :) I made seared ahi steaks that night and the sauce from the asparagus was wonderful with the fish.

Salsa Borracha (Drunk Salsa)

This was really good. My mom made salsa that tasted exactly like this when I was little. Her method was a little less time consuming/labor intensive. The cleaning of the jalapenos burned my eyes. Never the less, it's worth it, i love it!
