Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew
This came out great. I modified to serve 6, used 3 frozen chicken breasts and placed them in the bottom of the crock pot. I used 5 red potatoes cut up into chunks, but will make them even smaller because we like our taters soft, and even after 6 hours on high, then were still slightly hard. Used 7oz of baby carrots, but since we like our carrots super soft like the potatoes, I boiled them for about 12 min first, then cut into bite size chunks. Added it all to the pot, topped with 2 cans of c of chicken soup and 1 can of chicken broth. Didn't add any of the salts it asked for and added 1 tsp of minced garlic and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Cooked on high for about 4.5 hours. Took the chicken breasts out and cut into bite sized pieces and added back to the pot. About 35 min before easting I added about a cup each of frozen peas and corn and let it cook for the remaining time. Total cooking time was about 5.5 hours on high. Served over buttermilk biscuits and it fed by boyfriend and I for 2 nights, then took the remaining stew into work for lunch on the last day! Super yummy and will definitely make again!!!

Baked Spaghetti I
This turned out perfect! I followed the directions exactly except I added 1/4 cup milk to the Cream of Mush soup instead of water and used 1 c of shredded cheddar and 1 c of mozzorella. I also used diced tomatos that were seasoned with basil, garlic, and oregeno. The turkey meat I used was also mildley seasoned and everything came out incredible. Once I started layering I thought it was going to be a ton of food, and it was, but it was so tasty, my boyfriend and I both had seconds and ate it for lunch the next day. Super yummy! Will definitely make again!

Easy Hawaiian Chicken Packets
I made this and it turned out incredible!! I used chicken tenderloins, and added a yellow bell pepper and used red onion. Cut everything up (except the chicken) and added it all to a bag. Drenched everything in KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki and let marinate for 1 hour. Put everything in each packet, added the pineapple on top and sealed them up. Cooked on the grill for about 45 min and served over white rice. It was a flavor explosion! I think the honey teriayki was the key. Will definately make again!!
