Jamie's Minestrone
Wonderful recipe! I upped the broth to 3 cups and cooked the pasta in the soup. Also used 2 cups tomato sauce plus 1 can petite diced tomatoes instead of 4 c sauce. I only had 2 zucchini and that was plenty. Served with french bread and merlot. A great meal!

Triple Strawberry Cake
Like other reviewers, I reduced the water to 2 cups and it was perfect. My family absolutely raved about this cake! And it was so easy, it will be a family favorite from now on.

Hash Brown Casserole II
Used only 1/4 cup butter and it was plenty. Added 1 tsp habanero hot sauce and topped with crumbled potato chips the last 15 minutes. My guests LOVED the addition of the hot sauce.
