Carrot Cake III
I followed the consolidated advice (used nutmeg, crushed pineapple, extra cinammon/vanilla), and it turned out extremely moist. But it tastes pretty much like any other carrot cake.
The amount of icing is waaaay too much for this recipe, it should be about a quarter of the amount called for. I put most of the icing into a container and put it in the freezer for next time.
