PHILADELPHIA Vanilla Mousse Cheesecake

Look so good and would just love to make it for the family. However, I am in Denmark and I cannot get hold of eny COOL WHIP whipped topping here. Have some Bird's topping ( english powder that I have to mix with milk) - but will I be able to substitute it - or does anybody know what I can use instead of the whipped topping????

Marshmallow Cake

I am a cheececake person and I just had to try this out - What a great treat - everybody loved it and they're usually upset if I don't make my usual cheesecake. so easy and fast to make and I will definately try it again..

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

after spending two wonderfull vacations in St Croix - where the chef at our hotel made chicken parmesan for the Italian night on thursdays - I was looking for a recipe - Now I have found it and it is a hit with all our friends who have tasted it... So easy yet so tasty and the meat stayed moist and tender. thank you...
