Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine
I thought this sounded a little better than it came out for us. After we put in the wine, the mushrooms began to release a lot of water, making it difficult to get the wine to evaporate down much. We're pretty experienced cooks, but not so much with mushrooms by themselves, so it very well could have been our error. We may try again! It was still good.
