Mexican Chicken Corn Chowder
Wow! Awesome soup!!! Very tasty, and very different:) Will make it again for sure!!!! I already passed this recipe to friends and family.

Banana Oat Muffins
Loved it!! But, I added a few things: some shredded coconut, raisins, nuts and chopped pears. I also used whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose. Very moist and tasty muffins:) Will definitely make it again! Thanks!

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
This was really good, and really easy!!! I changed it a bit though...I used less sugar (I only had half a bag...) and added about half a cup shredded unsweetned coconut. It turned out amazing!!!! Thanks:)
