This was really, really good. I used all fresh ingredients, two large tomatoes (will use 3 next time), 4 cups of fresh chopped spinach (and I am not a cooked spinach fan), 1 onion, lots of garlic, skim milk and fat free half and half. Whole wheat tortellini and grilled some chicken breasts to go with it. My "meat eater" husband thought the chicken was good, but the pasta was GREAT! Definitely a keeper!
