Greek Souzoukaklia

That was soooooooooo good. It was a really nice change to ordinary burgers. We had a barbecue on our terrace and I served the Souzoukaklia skewers with fresh tomato salad dressed with olive oil and balsamico vinegar. My kids and friends raved about it.

Black Beans with Bacon

I surprised my brasilian boyfriend with this dish and he told me that it was almost like his mother used to prepare it. He was really impressed!!! Thank you so much!

Chocolate Black Tea Cake

A "must-have" for every chocolate fan out there. This is a great cake. I really liked that it wasn't that sweet at all. It's not like a brownie that contains tons of sugar. This cake is just right!!!!
