Garlic Butter
This is extremely easy and tastes great both toasted on bread or raw on cold bread. Or on crackers! It's just plain AWESOME. I've made this numerous times for work; it's a great snack with french bread (not a healthy snack, but a delicious snack).

Mandi's Cheesy Potato Soup
If you make this without any changes, it's quite bland. That's what my fiance and I thought, at least. If I were to make this again, which I probably won't, I'd probably add bacon and green onions or chives at the very least.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns
I've made these many weekends, and they are so perfect. Best homemade hash browns I've ever had. I will continue to make them almost every time I make big weekend breakfasts.
