Classic Tiramisu
This is deliciouso. We live in Italy, and my husband declares it was the best he's had thus far! I brushed the ladyfingers in a combo of sweetened espresso and brandy with a squeeze of lemon. Ive made it twice in the last 6 days, the second time for some reason the cream flopped, I must have over-beat it, it separated and curdled. bummer. Am going to give it another go this afternoon, Highly recommended! Just be careful on beating the cream.
