Cheesy Taco Chili
I made this recipe for my family, substituting "veggie crumbles" for the beef to make it vegetarian. Everyone devoured it, delicious!

Elvis Presley Cake
As suggested in other reviews, I reduced the sugar to 1 cup (could have used even less) and sprinkled the nuts over top of the frosting instead of mixing them. It was absolutely delicious, a perfect cool dessert for a hot summer evening!

Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes
This was an easy, tasty recipe. I did add some shredded cheddar to the mix and I cooked in the slow cooker for about 5 hours, turned out perfectly!
