This is one of those rare instances where I just DO NOT understand why this was so highly rated. I followed the recipe EXACTLY and it was just a sticky sweet sauce that tasted like something you'd get at a cheap chinese restaurant. I just don't get it. I spent about an hour collecting the ingredients and then cooking and I literally didn't eat it (literally). I blame this partly on the crappy fish (Cod and Catfish I bought at Winn Dixie) but even still....it just wasn't good. I hate to be the first negative review for this but I have to be honest here.

About to make this for the 3rd time. It's so good you really don't need to look for any other recipe. I took others advice though and put a LITTLE of the ketchup/sugar/worcesteshire (oh, I added worcesteshire to the mix) on the bottom of the pan and the rest on the TOP about 20 minutes after putting it in the oven. This is just KNOCKOUT good....maybe too good since you want to eat it even after you are full :(

This is what I don't understand about this site....tons of people raved about this, and I looked at the ingredients and thought, hmmmm.....doesn't sound that interesting, but it must be great with all those reviews. Well guess what...IT IS ULTRA BLAND!!! It tastes like chicken and canned artichoke with tomatoe sauce! I followed the recipe to the last detail and everyone was disappointed. The question is, why do so many people like this recipe? I really can't imagine! Just trust me....it is REALLY not good!!
