Beef Pot Roast
This ended up so tough I had to throw it out. I followed the recipe, but I was told I probably should have cooked it a lot longer when discussing it with friends. Maybe I did something wrong, but I will always cook my roast in a crockpot from here on out.

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II
This was good, but 6 hours is way too long. I also would not take the advice of others and put the lemon slices in with the chicken unless you really love lemon. I wil probably make again because it was so easy and smelled great cooking.

Mini Ham Quiches
These were great! I did use cheddar cheese and left out the olives. So easy and delicious!
