Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
I have made this many times for large groups (30) and small (4) - I'm a very busy working gal and I follow the recipe exactly - can't be bothered with browning, etc. Everyone always loves it! I usually buy a loaf of fresh bread to accompany. Thank you!

Greek Chicken Stew (Stifado)
This is an incredibly versatile, delicious and easy to make dish - easily modified for your palate or wonderful (and more neutral-tasting) as written. I add more garlic and a dash of spice. My picky husband loves it!
