I am a single mom of 3 almost grown children. I just discovered the passion for cooking about 7 years ago. I owe the inspiration to try different things and experiment with food to my best friend and awesome boyfriend! Thanks Hon! I love to cook pasta dishes. I am 100% Dutch and my families cooking traditions, unfortunately, are very bland! So I am breaking alot of traditions and adding spice to my life!!! I made this awesome lady finger truffle that actually turned out like it was pictured and tasted awesome. When you experiment and you have no one to really learn from cooking tragedies do happen. I can't remember anything specific that is tramatic to me, thank goodness.
