Portobello Mushroom Burgers
Oh my goodness! These were SO good! I followed the recipe exactly & used a George Foreman grill. Served the "burgers" with a side of fries. A simple, very tasty meal!! This recipe will be repeated in my house!

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
These were amazing!! I did dip them in the batter twice though to make the coating a little thicker. I also don't have a deep fryer so I heated vegetable oil on the stove over med-high heat. Fairly easy to make & DELICIOUS!
