We loved the flavors here ! I used 4 bone in, skin on thighs and doubled the sauce. Baked in a foil lined pan in the toaster oven for about an hour. I marinated these for 5 hours, chicken was moist and very flavorful. Will marinate overnight next time and grill ! Thanks for a great recipe, Tina !!!

Dill Pickle Meatloaf

Very good and quite different from the 'standard' meatloaf. Only change was to use Kosher dills, all I had. Will make again and again ! Thanks for sharing !!!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Good, easy recipe ! Only change made was I used pre- made frozen meatballs, they were 'home style' so that could have been the problem. Taste was a little off, but still good. Will make again, using the patties, as stated. Thanks for sharing !

Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

This was good, easy to follow, I just felt it was lacking something, not quite sure of what though. Cooked on high for 6 hours, tuned to low until we were ready to eat. It fell apart ! Loved that part ! Will be making it again, looking for the 'missing' ingredient ! Thanks for sharing !!!

Cinnamon Rolls II

This was my first attempt at making cinnamon rolls. Great, easy recipe ! I ended up with sticky dough though and used 3 1/2- 3 3/4 cups of flour, not sure where the problem is..... Will make these again and again ! Thanks for sharing !!!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

This was so easy and good !! Only change made was using regular vanilla, as I don't have the Mexican. Took about 45 min. to cook in the toaster oven. Great, easy recipe ! Thanks for sharing !!!

Real Mississippi Mud Pie

Made this for my son in laws birthday, I have never tried Mississippi Mud Pie, went with this one. Added 1 tsp instant coffee and 1 tsp vanilla. It was good, but got a 'thumbs up' from the SIL !!! YAY !!! Thanks for sharing !!!

Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

This was awesome ! Followed the recipe, kind of...used homemade taco seasoning and homemade enchilada sauce. Made the meat mixture and cheese mixture,per directions. Instead of rolling them, I cut the tortillas up, mixed everything together and and put in a 9 x 13 greased baking dish. Baked at 350 for 35 mins. Worked great ! Thanks for sharing this recipe !!!

Kielbasa Cabbage Skillet

We really enjoyed this dish ! Omitted the green pepper, didn't have any and used beer for the broth. Browned the sausage first, then added the onion and some garlic. Turned out wonderful !!! Thanks for sharing this recipe !!!

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

In all honesty, I felt this was a 4 star. I did sub corn syrup for the honey, as I was out. That might be what makes this recipe. For my taste, it was very bland. I will try it again with honey ! Thanks for sharing this recipe !

Basic Bean Soup

I made this in the crock-pot. Used dry beans, 3 cans of chicken broth and 3 cups of water for flavor since I didn't have any ham. Did not precook/ soak the beans, just rinsed them and put them in. Cooked on high for 6 hours and low for about an hour. They came out great ! I was worried they would not get done without the first step, but they were nice and tender. Thanks for sharing !

Crispy Chicken Strips

Great, easy recipe ! I used panko instead of the rice cereal, what I had on hand and garlic powder, salt, pepper and a spice called 'Kickin Chicken' ! Wow, so good ! Will be a regular now, thanks for sharing !!

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine

Great, easy recipe ! Tried making it into bread bowls and found out my yeast was not good, so they didn't rise too well, but the taste is excellent ! Thanks for sharing a bread recipe a bread making chicken can follow, LOL !!!

Baked Coconut Shrimp
