Incredibly Delicious Italian Cream Cake

WAY too sweet. Cake wasn't particularly moist. I toasted both the nuts & the coconut for the frosting and put some in the frosting and pressed nuts into side withh toasted cocoanut on top as suggested here. Not worth the effort for a scratch cake.

Grandma's Corn Pudding

Quite bland, though it looked like I expected. Needs something to give it some kick. Onions? Jalapenos? Something.

Brandied Orange and Cranberry Sauce

Outstanding. 2 people at dinner asked for the recipe. My daughter's boyfriend said it was the best he's ever had and he loved cranberry sauce.
