The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
Very tasty, simple one-pot meal. I'm the only semi-vegetarian in the family, but everyone ate and enjoyed this. Really good in the summer served cold, topped with some diced avocado.
I omitted the veggie crumbles and canned peppers and added some zucchini, yellow bell peppers and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It adds a tiny, unplaceable note of complexity to th dish.
