Whole Egg Mayonnaise

my whole family loves it :) I don't know that I will buy mayo again :) It is perfect with vegetable oil... but note I used half veg and half olive oil and it was not as thick, it was fluffier but not as thick. My husband was impressed with the consistency of the one I did with veg oil.

French Toast Casserole

My family loved it... I did put it in a deep pan and that will be my only change next time I make it I will put it in a bigger pan and create a smaller layer of yummy goodness because mine was a little mushy toward the bottom.... great flavor :)

Made it just as stated except I was out of Garlic... used it in my Tzatzki sauce.... used garlic powder when I threw them on the grill... grilled for 3 and a half to 4 minutes on each side... yummy... it is a keeper!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I made this for a group of ladies and they loved it ... they all wanted the recipe... I did change a couple things... I didnt add anything besides the fruit to the salsa... no sugar at all and it was perfectly sweet... and if you put 2 apples don't get big huge ones because they will take over the salsa :) I also brushed olive oil on the tortillas instead of spraying butter flavored oil... they were perfect ... Enjoy it is a keeper

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Made them exactly by the recipe and wondered if I would even get a dozen to the oven... even the batter is tastey... scooped about a tablespoon for each cookie on my stone took about 12 min at 30... perfect.. love them and will make them for a long time... who woulda thunk he he he

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Okay so here is my rendition. I used 5 to 6 chicken breast, 3 cans of cream of mushroom soup, 16 oz of sour cream, a whole bag of egg noodles and at the very end I put a layer of cheddar cheese under the cracker crumb mixture... wowser everyone loves this... prepared this way will feed 5 adults and 4 children leaving a serving for leftovers... :) Wonderful recipe thanks guys

Cottage Pudding - Upside Down Cake

I used a can of crushed pineapple, 3/4 cp of sugar and doubled brown sugar oh and I added a little extra vanilla. It was absolutely delicious. I will make it over and over... yummy. It is good after it has cooled but man it is incredible warm.

Cowboy Cookies III

Everytime I make these I have to make a double batch because otherwise I would not get any.... just a tip don't overcook these. They actually don't look done usually when I take them out but this keeps them chewy. Love this recipe.
