Cheesy Vegetable Chowder
Won another chili/soup cookoff with this recipe! We use LB Jamison's chicken base instead of the bullion cubes...makes for a lot richer flavor. In addition, we substitute frozen vegetables for the canned. The vegetables retain their flavor and texture better. Don't forget to add a little salt and pepper. This recipe can be adapted for anyone's taste! Thanks for the great recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was not the comfort food that we were looking for at all! The biscuits/dumplings were really tasteless. It tasted like a prepackaged meal.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
We all love green bean casserole, but this recipe didn't seem to please anyone at our table. The flavor was okay, but we wouldn't make it again. Way too much cheese, and not crunchy at all.
