Always a light dessert favorite at picnics and casual dinners! Also good when you use mandarin oranges and frozen raspberries with rapberry jello mix. Just a good basic recipe that everyone can tinker with.

Easy Quiche

I made this recipe to sell as a "snack" at a rummage sale at my church, and it was a huge hit! I had to go to the store twice to get more supplies to bake even more. It is still really good luke-warm or almost cold, so it's possible to make them in advance if you have to!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Made this over Memorial Day weekend, and everyone loved it! Doubled the recipe and now see I should have at least tripled it, if not more. Definitely worth the time it takes to prepare.
