This is a recipe that I have been making, over and over again, for a few years ago for my friends and family. I have never gotten anything but rave reviews. The only substitutions I make are using Muenster cheese, more pepper, and sometimes a little more veggie broth. Thanks for the recipe!

This was a very easy recipe to make. I would like to echo some of the other reviewers about the syrup- make a little more than this recipe calls for and pour it on...I was so afraid it'd be too sweet but appearances are deceiving. I had to keep adding the syrup to make it taste like the baklava I know and love. Overall, a great recipe and I will definitely be making this again.
