This is a great recipe because it's easy to customize, and easy to prepare. Tweak it the way you like it, and you won't be disappointed. For instance, I left out the rosemary, parsley, and celery. I added fresh thyme (chopped fine), and used seasoned flour to coat the meat before browning, and also to help thicken the stew. It's all about personal preference, and this one's a winner!
