This was pretty good. I've made it a couple of times, and will make it again. It seems to dry out rather quickly, so I add some extra thousand island dressing, or even a little bit of water during the event just to keep it creamy. If you like reuben sandwiches, you'll like this.

Tomato Bisque III

Mmm Mmm good? It was better than that! I've been looking for a recipe like this for a while, and am glad I found this one. I don't like tomato soup that comes from a can. And this was really good. I made this recipe exactly as written with the exception of one thing. I added 1/2 teaspoon of ground red pepper at the end, for a little bit of heat. Just a personal preference. Either way, this one's a winner! Thanks for posting.

Classic Macaroni Salad

I thought it was very good. It wasn't too sweet for me. I added red and green bell peppers for color. I did not add carrots. Next time maybe I'll add a little jalapeño for some kick.

Banana Macadamia Nut Bread

This bread wasn't what I expected it to be. I was looking for a traditional banana bread. It was more like a regular loaf of bread. I guess it was the yeast. I should have known that. However, it tasted very good. It was moist and had a nice banana flavor. Just not what I was looking for.

Beef Stew VI

This is a great recipe because it's easy to customize, and easy to prepare. Tweak it the way you like it, and you won't be disappointed. For instance, I left out the rosemary, parsley, and celery. I added fresh thyme (chopped fine), and used seasoned flour to coat the meat before browning, and also to help thicken the stew. It's all about personal preference, and this one's a winner! Authentic Thai Cashew Chicken

"mmmmmm....this is awesome" Those were my wifes first words after tasting this dish. I served it over jasmine rice. Do your prep work first and it's so simple,and so good. Thank you for the recipe. It's a definite keeper.

Graham Cracker Crust I

This was my first attempt at a graham cracker crust. It was very easy, and very fast. I added the optional cinnamon. The amount of cinnamon was just enough to give the crust a special flavor without overpowering. Thanks Carol.

Angel's Chunky Chicken Salad

I thought this was very good. It tastes the way I think chicken salad should taste. I did change the amounts of some of the ingredients, based on personal prefs. Quick, easy, and tasty. What else could you ask for?
