Mmm Mmm good? It was better than that! I've been looking for a recipe like this for a while, and am glad I found this one. I don't like tomato soup that comes from a can. And this was really good. I made this recipe exactly as written with the exception of one thing. I added 1/2 teaspoon of ground red pepper at the end, for a little bit of heat. Just a personal preference. Either way, this one's a winner! Thanks for posting.

I thought it was very good. It wasn't too sweet for me. I added red and green bell peppers for color. I did not add carrots. Next time maybe I'll add a little jalapeño for some kick.

This bread wasn't what I expected it to be. I was looking for a traditional banana bread. It was more like a regular loaf of bread. I guess it was the yeast. I should have known that. However, it tasted very good. It was moist and had a nice banana flavor. Just not what I was looking for.
