Moscow Hot Chocolate
We were snowed in and I was looking for a grown up hot drink to warm us up using ingredients I happened to have on hand. I did use regular vodka and added a few drops of pure vanilla extract. Yummy!

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada
These tacos are AWESOME! My 10 year old asks for them almost daily. I made the salsa the first time and thought it was OK, but everytime I've made them since I've skipped the salsa. I love the taco with the onion cilantro relish and some extra lime. Muy Bueno!!!

Pesto Chicken Florentine
This is a perfect weeknight meal. Everyone in my family liked this. I used a whole bag of baby spinach and used about twice as much cheese. Yummy!
