Beef Tostadas
I loved this recipe, my boyfriend loves mexican food and I wanted to mix it up with a tostada. I couldn't find chipotle sauce so I just mixed up some hot sauce with some smoked paprika into the sour cream and it worked out great. I also used a chipotle salsa, all in all I will definitely make this again.

Sweet Potato Rolls
Very good dinner roll, however I used a real mashed sweet potato and the roll wasn't very sweet. Next time I will use a sweet yam instead and maybe go with some brown sugar and a little spice. Still a good roll though and this was my first time making a yeast roll!

Twice-Baked Mashed Potatoes
Very good recipe, made it for a dinner party. As did others I added sour cream to the mashed potatoes and I substituted green onions for regular onion. Turned out wonderful and I will definitely make again.
